Explanatory Note. (b) On or around the date of the CVL TAC (Freight Services), the CVL IM and Network Rail will enter into a bilateral agreement which will attribute performance matters, including payments arising due to variations to services, as appropriate, between the CVL IM and Network Rail. (c) This explanatory note does not form part of this contract.
