Explanatory Note. The explanatory note prepared in accordance with clause 25E of the Regulation must not be used to assist in construing this document.
Explanatory Note. It must be possible to clearly distinguish the information applicable to each transfer or category of transfers and, in this regard, to determine the respective role(s) of the Parties as data exporter(s) and/or data importer(s). This does not necessarily require completing and signing separate appendices for each transfer/category of transfers and/or contractual relationship, where this transparency can achieved through one appendix. However, where necessary to ensure sufficient clarity, separate appendices should be used. ANNEX I

Explanatory Note. A. Where there is a Network Rail TAC (Freight Services), matters concerning variations to services for the CVL will be administered by Network Rail through (and as part of) Schedule 4 of the Network Rail TAC (Freight Services).
Explanatory Note. In the case of the European Communities the provisions governing central government bodies apply. However, regional bodies or conformity assessment systems may be established within the European Communities, and in such cases would be subject to the provisions of this Agreement on regional bodies or conformity assessment systems.
Explanatory Note. (a) Where there is a CVL TAC (Freight Services), matters concerning variations to services for the CVL Network will be administered by Network Rail through (and as part of) Schedule 4 of this contract.
Explanatory Note. The Employee recognizes that the Employee has had or will have access to confidential proprietary information during the course of his or her employment and that the Employee’s subsequent employment with a Competitor Business, as defined in Section 3, would inevitably result in the disclosure of that information and, thereby, create unfair competition and would likely cause substantial loss and harm to the Company. The Employee further acknowledges that employment with the Company is based on the Employee’s agreement to abide by the covenants contained herein.
