Expiry of Agreement. If the HSP intends to allow this Agreement to expire at the end of its term, the HSP will provide 6 months’ Notice (or such shorter period as may be agreed by the HSP and the Funder) to the Funder, along with a Transition Plan, acceptable to the Funder, that indicates how the needs of the HSP’s clients will be met following the expiry and how the transition of the clients to new service providers will be effected within the 6- month Notice period.
Expiry of Agreement. The expiry of this Agreement or any termination hereunder shall be without prejudice to:-
Expiry of Agreement. This Agreement shall expire on the Termination Date unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Expiry of Agreement. (a) This Agreement shall become effective as of the 1st day of May 2008 and shall remain in full force and effect until and including the 30th day of April 2011.

The negotiations must be concluded within the three months before the above expiry date and the new Agreement shall commence on the next day after the expiry date and signing it. Should the negotiations go beyond the expiry date; the Agreement will remain valid and applicable till the new one is signed. Should neither party request for new negotiations, the running Agreement will be deemed renewed for another twelve
