Common use of Expiry and Termination Clause in Contracts

Expiry and Termination. The Authority shall be entitled, at any time on or before the Expiry Date or a Termination Date, to request that the Contractor delivers all Documents (including computer records) in its possession, custody or control, which contain information relating to Young People, including any Documents in the possession, custody or control of a sub-contractor, to the Authority or as the Authority otherwise so directs. Disclosure by the National Audit Office The Parties acknowledge that the National Audit Office has the right to publish details of this Contract (including Commercially Sensitive Information) in its relevant reports to Parliament.
