Expiration of. ACEIP Tier 1. Agency consent granted herein, will expire upon termination of the Agreement. In accordance with section 1.1.1, within 30 days of receiving the Agency’s request, Axon will no longer access or use Agency Content for ACEIP Purposes and will delete ACEIP Content. Axon will also delete any derivative works which may reasonably be capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked directly or indirectly to Agency.
