Common use of Expiration of the Term of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Expiration of the Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall be automatically terminated upon the expiration of the term of the agreement as described in paragraph 3 of this Agreement, or as sooner agreed by both Employee and Company in the event this Agreement is superseded by a new agreement. Upon such termination, the Company shall have no further liability to the Employee for any payment, compensation or benefit whatsoever under this Agreement.
