Common use of Expiration of Term Clause in Contracts

Expiration of Term. If the Employee’s employment shall be terminated by reason of expiration of the Term by reason of Employee’s election not to extend the Term, the Employee shall continue to receive installments of his then current Base Salary until the Date of Termination and shall also be entitled to receive any earned but unpaid Incentive Bonus for the last calendar year of the Term. If the Employee’s employment shall be terminated by reason of expiration of the Term by reason of the Company’s election not to extend the Term, the Employee shall continue to receive installments of his then current Base Salary until the Date of Termination and for twelve (12) months thereafter and shall also be entitled to receive any earned but unpaid Incentive Bonus for last calendar year of the Term.
