Common use of Expiration of Restrictions and Risk of Forfeiture Clause in Contracts

Expiration of Restrictions and Risk of Forfeiture. The restrictions on the Restricted Shares granted pursuant to this Agreement will expire and the Restricted Shares will become transferable and nonforfeitable as set forth in the Notice of Grant and in Section 6 below, provided that you remain in the employ of, or a service provider to, the Company or its Subsidiaries until the applicable dates set forth therein.

Expiration of Restrictions and Risk of Forfeiture. The restrictions on the Restricted Shares granted Securities assigned pursuant to this Agreement will expire and the Restricted Shares Securities will become transferable and nonforfeitable as set forth in the Notice Section 2 of Grant and in Section 6 belowthis Agreement, provided that you remain in the employ of, or a service provider to, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries affiliates until the applicable dates set forth therein.

Expiration of Restrictions and Risk of Forfeiture. The restrictions on the Restricted Shares granted pursuant to this Agreement of this Agreement will expire and the Restricted Shares will become transferable transferable, except to the extent provided in Section 14 of this Agreement and Section 10(a) of the Plan, and nonforfeitable as set forth in the Notice of Grant and in Section 6 belowGrant, provided that you remain in the employ of, of or a service provider to, to the Company or its Subsidiaries until the applicable dates set forth therein.

The restrictions on the Restricted Shares granted pursuant to this Agreement will expire and the Restricted Shares will become transferable transferable, except to the extent provided in Section 10 of this Agreement and nonforfeitable as set forth in the Notice of Grant and in Section 6 belowof this Agreement, provided that you remain in the employ of, or a service provider to, the Company or its Subsidiaries until the applicable dates and times set forth therein. Restricted Shares that become vested and non-forfeitable as provided in this Agreement are referred to herein as “Vested Shares.”

The restrictions on the Restricted Shares granted pursuant to this Agreement will expire and the Restricted Shares will become transferable and nonforfeitable as set forth in the Notice of Grant and in Section 6 belowGrant, provided that you remain in the employ of, or a service provider to, the Company or its Subsidiaries until the applicable dates set forth therein.

The restrictions on the Restricted Shares granted pursuant to this Agreement will expire and the Restricted Shares will become transferable and nonforfeitable as set forth in the Notice Section 1 of Grant and in Section 6 belowthis Agreement, provided that you remain in the employ of, or a service provider to, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries Affiliates until the applicable dates set forth therein.
