Common use of EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL Clause in Contracts

EXPIRATION AND RENEWAL. 38.1 This Agreement is effective from the ratification date, July 26, 2020 to June 28, 2025 and thereafter from year to year, but either party may not less than thirty (30) days or more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date or anniversary of such expiry date from year to year thereafter give notice in writing to the other party of desire to terminate such Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.
