Experience Recognition. 5.02.1 On September 1st of each year of a teacher’s employment with the Board, the Board shall determine the years of teaching experience of the teacher for salary purposes. For the purpose of this determination, a full teaching year shall constitute ten (10) months of full-time teaching. The Board shall recognize all partial years of experience for salary purposes according to the nearest year as follows:
