Experience of Purchaser. By reason of the Purchaser's business or financial experience, or that of the Purchaser's professional advisors, the Purchaser is capable of evaluating information and data relating to the Company's industry and the merits and risks of an investment in the Company and of protecting its own interest in connection with an investment in the Company and is able to bear the economic risk of an investment in the Company.
