Effective 10/01/90, for purposes of calculating experience credit, nine (9) to twelve (12) months of full-time (contract) teaching during one (1) year will constitute a school year, except that twotwo (2) full semesters in separate years may be counted as one (1) school year. Effective 10/01/90, part-time employment which required certification and was completed under contract will be calculated by dividing the total number of full-time equivalent days served by one hundred eighty (180) and rounding to the nearest tenth (10th).
