Common use of Experience Credit Clause in Contracts

Experience Credit. An employee who returns from child care/adoption leave within the provisions of this Section will retain all previous experience credit for pay purposes and any unused leave time accumulated under the provisions of this Article at the commencement of the leave. The employee will not accrue additional experience credit for pay purposes or leave time during the period of absence.
