Common use of Experience Credit Clause in Contracts

Experience Credit. Subd. 1. Experienced teachers new to the Eden Prairie system shall receive credit for up to five (5) years for past teaching experience on a year-to-year basis and appropriate lane placement. Such experience must have been gained within the last seven (7) years. Additional experience may be granted upon the discretion of the superintendent of schools, or superintendent’s designee, for past teaching experience.
