Common use of Expenses of the Representative Clause in Contracts

Expenses of the Representative. The Company further agrees that, in addition to the expenses payable pursuant to Section 4.6(a), on the Closing Date it will pay to the Representative an accountable expense allowance in an amount up to $100,000 by deduction from the proceeds of the Offering contemplated herein.

Expenses of the Representative. The Company further agrees that, in addition to the expenses payable pursuant to Section 4.6(a), on the Closing Date it will pay to the Representative an accountable expense allowance in an amount up equal to $100,000 by deduction from the proceeds of the Offering contemplated herein.

Expenses of the Representative. The Company further agrees that, in addition to the expenses payable pursuant to Section 4.6(a), on the Closing Date it will pay to the Representative an accountable expense allowance in an amount up equal to $100,000 80,000 by deduction from the proceeds of the Offering contemplated herein.

Expenses of the Representative. The Company further agrees that, in addition to the expenses payable pursuant to Section 4.6(a), on the Closing Date it will pay to the Representative an accountable expense allowance in an amount up to $100,000 300,000 by deduction from the proceeds of the Offering contemplated herein, pursuant to paragraph A.2 of the Engagement Agreement.

Expenses of the Representative. The Company further agrees that, in addition to the expenses payable pursuant to Section 4.6(a), on the Closing Date it Date, the Company will pay to (i) reimburse the Representative an $50,000 for non-accountable expense allowance expenses, (ii) reimburse the Representative up to $150,000 for fees and expenses of legal counsel and other out-of-pocket expenses, and (iii) reimburse the Representative for its clearing expenses in an amount of up to $100,000 15,950, by deduction from the proceeds of the Offering contemplated herein.

Expenses of the Representative. The Company further agrees that, in addition to the expenses payable pursuant to Section 4.6(a4.5(a), on the Closing Date it will pay to the Representative an (i) a non-accountable expense allowance in an amount of up to $35,000, (ii) up to $100,000 for fees and expenses of legal counsel and other out-of-pocket expenses and (iii) up to $15,950 for escrow and/or clearing expenses, all of which shall be paid by deduction from the proceeds of the Offering contemplated herein.

Expenses of the Representative. The Company further agrees that, in addition to the expenses payable directly incurred by the Company pursuant to Section 4.6(a), on the Closing Date it Date, the Company will pay to reimburse the Representative up to an accountable expense allowance in an amount aggregate of $125,000.00 of fees and expenses, comprised of the reasonable fees, costs and disbursements of its legal counsel up to $100,000 100,000.00, and other all documented, accountable and reasonable out-of-pocket expenses of the Representative up to $25,000, by deduction from the proceeds of the Offering contemplated herein.
