Expenses of the Company. a. The OP, on its own behalf and on behalf of the Company, shall pay all of the Advisees’ expenses. Without limiting the foregoing, it is specifically agreed that the following expenses of an Advisee shall be paid by the OP on its own behalf or on behalf of the Company and shall not be borne by the Advisor unless such expense is a fee or other service for which the Advisor is otherwise receiving a fee from the Advisees:
