Expenses of Merger. The estimated expenses of implementing the Merger are approximately Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) which shall be borne by the Surviving Corporation. In the event, the Merger is not successfully completed, any cost of the Merger shall be borne equally between the Constituent Corporations.
