Expenses of Merger. The estimated expenses of implementing the Merger are approximately Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) which shall be borne by the Surviving Corporation. In the event, the Merger is not successfully completed, any cost of the Merger shall be borne equally between the Constituent Corporations.
Expenses of Merger. Unless the Constituent Companies otherwise agree, the Surviving Company shall be responsible for all expenses of effectuating this Merger.
