Common use of Expenses of Agent Clause in Contracts

Expenses of Agent. 8.1 The Issuer will pay all of the expenses of the Private Placement and all the expenses incurred by the Agent in connection with the Private Placement including, without limitation, the fees and expenses of the solicitors for the Agent provided that such expenses shall not exceed $500US in the aggregate.
