Expenses Indemnification Procedure. (a) Subject to the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, Company shall advance all Expenses incurred by Executive. The advances to be made hereunder shall be paid by Company to Executive as soon as practicable but in any event no later than twenty days after written demand by Executive therefor to Company.
