Common use of Expenses Generally Clause in Contracts

Expenses Generally. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for reasonable expenses paid or incurred by the Executive on behalf of the Company in connection with and reasonably necessary for the rendering of his services to the Company hereunder, including expenses for travel, convention and seminar attendance, business entertainment and similar items. Additionally, the Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for club dues, professional association membership fees and other similar items approved in accordance with the Company’s policies with respect thereto.

The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for normal and reasonable expenses paid or incurred by the Executive on behalf of the Company in connection with and reasonably necessary for the rendering of his Executive’s services to the Company hereunder, including expenses for travel, convention and seminar attendance, business entertainment and similar items. Additionally, the Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for club dues, professional association membership fees and other similar items approved in accordance with the Company’s policies with respect thereto.
