Common use of Expenses Borne by the Trust Clause in Contracts

Expenses Borne by the Trust. Except to the extent expressly assumed by the Adviser herein or under a separate agreement between the Trust and the Adviser and except to the extent required by law to be paid by the Adviser, the Adviser shall not be obligated to pay any costs or expenses incidental to the organization, operations or business of the Trust.
