EXPENSES ASSUMED BY THE FUND. Except as otherwise specifically stated in this Agreement, GFS shall pay all expenses incurred by it in performing the Services under this Agreement. The Fund will bear out-of-pocket expenses incurred by GFS under this Agreement and all other expenses incurred in the operation of the Fund (other than those borne by the investment adviser to the Fund) including, but not limited to:
