Expenses and Materials. 6.1 The District shall provide tools and equipment it requires for use by unit members in the performance of their assigned duties including but not limited to uniforms and personal protective equipment.
Expenses and Materials. 25.1 The District may require the wearing of district-approved uniforms by classified personnel. Uniforms will be purchased by the District. Any District required equipment, identification badges, emblems and cards shall be purchased by the District. Xxxxxxxx’s uniforms will be supplied and laundered at the District’s expense. The District will provide up to five (5) uniforms/shirts and replace up to four (4) uniforms/shirts per employee, per year. New uniforms will be ordered annually.

  • EMPLOYEE EXPENSES AND MATERIALS 9.1 The District shall pay the full cost of the purchase, lease, or rental of uniforms, equipment, identification badges, emblems, aprons, hairnets, and cards required by the District to be worn or used by employees.

  • Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them.
