Common use of EXPENSES AND CHARGES Clause in Contracts

EXPENSES AND CHARGES. If Employee incurs any out-of-pocket expenses in performing his responsibilities and duties as President of Employer (the "Duties"), Employer will reimburse Employee for such expenses only to the extent, and in the amounts and at the times, in accordance with Employer's expense policies in effect from time to time (the "Expense Policy"). Employer reserves the right, in it's sole discretion, to modify, supplement, replace or cancel any or all provisions in the Expense Policy without advance notice to Employee.
