Common use of Expense Payments and Reimbursements Clause in Contracts

Expense Payments and Reimbursements. The Executive shall be reimbursed for all reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses that he shall incur in connection with his services under this Agreement upon substantiation of such expenses in accordance with applicable policies of the Company or the Bank. In addition, the Executive shall be reimbursed for business-related expenses associated with his membership in the Poinsett Club and such other clubs as may agreed upon by the Executive and the Board of the Bank.

Expense Payments and Reimbursements. The Executive shall be reimbursed for or provided with all reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses that he shall incur in connection with his services under this Agreement (including, but not limited to, automobile and club-related expenses) upon substantiation of such expenses in accordance with applicable policies of the Company or the Bank. In addition, the Bank shall reimburse Executive shall be reimbursed for business-related certain relocation expenses associated with incurred by his membership in the Poinsett Club immediate prior employer if and such other clubs as may agreed upon when those expenses are paid by the Executive to his prior employer, and the Board Executive provides the Bank with proof of the Banksaid payment.
