Expense Payments and Reimbursements. The Executive shall be reimbursed for all reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses that he shall incur in connection with his services under this Agreement upon substantiation of such expenses in accordance with applicable policies of the Company. Such reimbursements shall be paid promptly by the Company and in any event not later than March 15 of the year immediately following the end of the calendar year in which the Executive incurred such expense.
