Expense Allowance. As reimbursement for expenses incurred by the Company in the providing of policyholder and Benefit payment services with respect to the Reinsured Contracts, the Reinsurer shall pay to the Company with respect to each calendar month ending after the Inception Date, an expense allowance (each an “Expense Allowance”) in an amount calculated in accordance with Schedule E, as subsequently adjusted in accordance with the methodology and procedures set forth on Schedule E.
