EXPENSE ACCOUNTS. 16. Independent Contractor and the Company agree to maintain separate accounts in regards to all expenses related to performing the Scope of Work. Independent Contractor is solely responsible for payment of expenses incurred pursuant to this Agreement unless provided otherwise in writing by the officer of the Company. Independent Contractor agrees to execute and deliver any agreements and documents prepared by Company and to do all other lawful acts required to establish document and protect such rights. EXPENSE ACCOUNTS. The Employee shall be entitled to a business ---------------- expense account not to exceed S$5,000.00 per month, unless otherwise approved by the Board of Directors, for all expenses properly incurred by the Employee in performance of his duties.
EXPENSE ACCOUNTS. (a) Amounts deposited in the Other Events Staging Expense Account or the O&M Expense Account as described above will be used only for operating expenses of the NSP.

TCO is solely responsible for payment of expenses incurred pursuant to this Agreement unless provided otherwise in writing by City. EXPENSE ACCOUNTS. Employees shall be reimbursed for legitimate out-of-pocket expense incurred in the performance of their duties. All Staff Officers shall submit an account of out-of-pocket expense through the President. All other employees shall be reimbursed for out-of-pocket expense through the Financial Office from the xxxxx cash account.
EXPENSE ACCOUNTS. The Employee shall be entitled to a business ---------------- expense account for all reasonable expenses properly incurred by the Employee in performance of his duties.
EXPENSE ACCOUNTS. Executive will be entitled to reimbursement for all expenses reasonably incurred by Executive on behalf of AAC from time to time during the Employment Period. Executive will be provided with a Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit card issued to AAC to facilitate Executive's travel and entertainment on behalf of AAC. Executive will keep records of all expenses incurred on behalf of AAC in accordance with AAC's policies in effect from time to time throughout the Employment Period.
EXPENSE ACCOUNTS. The Company has no expense accounts.
EXPENSE ACCOUNTS. EcoNet shall reimburse Pree for all ordinary and necessary business expenses incurred by Pree while carrying out his employment responsibilities under this Agreement. EcoNet retains the right to establish limits on the types or amounts of business expenses that Pree may incur.
EXPENSE ACCOUNTS. 11. Consultant and the Company agree to maintain separate accounts in regards to all expenses related to performing the Scope of Services. Company will reimburse Consultant for all reasonable business, promotional, travel and entertainment expenses incurred pursuant to this Agreement, subject to Company's approval. Reimbursement is contingent upon Consultant furnishing to Company in a timely fashion the appropriate documentation required by the Internal Revenue Code in connection with such expenses and shall furnish such other documentation and accounting as the Company may reasonably request.
