Expedited Dispute Resolution. In the event that a dispute shall arise under Section 12.4 with regard to whether or not Landlord’s withholding of consent was reasonable under the circumstances, and Xxxxxx gives Landlord the notice referred to in Section 12.8(A) below within five (5) business days of Landlord’s withholding of consent, then such dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure set forth in this Section 12.8 as follows:
