Schedule B-3 School and Community Use of Sport Fields Eligible User Groups For use of sport fields, School User Groups must:  Be operating under the auspices of the school or school district, AND  Have school staff participating in, or supervising, the activity, AND  Be covered by the school district’s liability insurance Community User Groups must:  Be one of the following:  a City-sponsored operated program/group, OR  a registered not-for-profit organization under the Societies Act of Alberta, OR  part 9 of the Companies Act, OR  part 21 of the Business Corporations Act, OR  special act of the Parliament of Canada, OR  special act of the Alberta Legislature, OR  a non-registered informal organization or group without paid leadership, AND  Be covered by the City of Edmonton’s insurance AND  Have a minimum of 75% City of Edmonton residents.

  • Limitations of Use The Services and Atlantic Broadband Equipment, including any firmware or software embedded in Atlantic Broadband Equipment or used to provide the Services, are protected by trademark, copyright, and/or other intellectual property laws and international treaty provisions. You are granted a limited, non-sublicensable, non- transferable revocable license to use such firmware and software in object code form (without making any modification thereto) strictly in accordance with this Agreement. You acknowledge and understand that you are not granted any other license to use the firmware or software embedded in Atlantic Broadband Equipment or used to provide the Services. You expressly agree that you will use Atlantic Broadband Equipment exclusively in connection with the Services. You shall not reverse, compile, disassemble, or reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive the source code from the binary code of the firmware or software. If you decide to use the Services through an interface device not provided by Atlantic Broadband, which Atlantic Broadband reserves the right to prohibit in particular cases or generally, you warrant and represent that you possess all required rights to use that interface device with the Services, including all software and firmware licenses. You will indemnify and hold harmless Atlantic Broadband against any and all liability arising out of your use of such interface device with the Services.

  • Conditions of Use CLIENT acknowledges that its use of the Site is subject to and conditioned upon the following terms and agrees that TAILGATE GUYS may exercise any of the remedies set forth herein for CLIENTS failure to comply:

  • Resellers Does the vendor have resellers that it will name under this contract? Resellers are defined as other companies that sell your products under an agreement with you, the awarded vendor of TIPS. No Pricing discount percentage are guaranteed for? Does the vendor agrees to honor the proposed pricing discount percentage off regular catalog (as defined in the RFP document), website, store or shelf pricing for the term of the award? YES

  • Limitations of Services When using the Services, you may incur technical or other difficulties. We nor our service providers are responsible for any technical or other difficulties or any resulting damages that you may incur. Any information displayed or provided as part of the Services is for informational purposes only, may not reflect your most recent transactions, and should not be relied on for transactional purposes. We and our service providers reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue any or all of the Services at any time without prior notice.

  • Conditions of Access 2.1. Your access to, and use of, the Site is subject always to the terms and conditions set out in this user agreement.

  • Products and Services General Information The Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) made and entered into by and between The Interlocal Purchasing System (hereinafter “TIPS”) a government cooperative purchasing program authorized by the Region 8 Education Service Center, having its principal place of business at 0000 XX Xxx 000 Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000 and the TIPS Vendor. This Agreement consists of the provisions set forth below, including provisions of all attachments referenced herein. In the event of a conflict between the provisions set forth below and those contained in any attachment, the provisions set forth shall control unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing and by signature and date on the attachment. A Purchase Order (“PO”), Agreement or Contract is the TIPS Member’s approval providing the authority to proceed with the negotiated delivery order under the Agreement. Special terms and conditions as agreed between the Vendor and TIPS Member should be added as addendums to the Purchase Order, Agreement or Contract. Items such as certificate of insurance, bonding requirements, small or disadvantaged business goals are some, but not all, of the possible addendums.

  • Expectations Faculty members participating in the annuitant employment program are expected to perform the full range of faculty duties, on a pro rata basis. They are subject to the professional development plans required under Article 22.

  • Clients in this context, clients are people who are dependent upon the caring skills and services of the local authority, for example, the elderly, mentally infirm, those with mental or physical impairments. Clients in this context also include those whose needs are identified and catered for in settings such as schools and nurseries, that is, young children and school pupils dependent on the organisation for their educational and developmental welfare. Clients exclude internal authority customers (as in client departments) or external customers (for example, members of the public with planning applications), because neither are dependent on the local authority for their care and welfare. The exceptional needs of clients refer to those which are exceptionally demanding, not to those which are out of the ordinary.

  • Customers The names of your customers will remain your sole property and will not be used by us except for servicing or informational mailings and other correspondence in the normal course of business.

  • Performance of Products and Services The Contractor acknowledges that only Project Persons shall perform the Products and Services under this Agreement.
