Common use of Expansion Clause in Contracts

Expansion. The parties acknowledge that for purposes of this Exhibit D, references to the Company shall include any and all Subsidiaries and Affiliates of the Company and any parent company or company otherwise related to the Company for which Grantee worked or had responsibility at the time of termination of Grantee’s employment and at any time during the two (2) year period prior to such termination.
