Common use of Expansion Clause in Contracts

Expansion. Effective as of the Expansion Effective Date (defined below), the Premises, as defined in the Lease, is increased from 4,661 square feet of Rentable Area on the 3rd floor(s) to 8,075 square feet of Rentable Area on the 3rd floor by the addition of the Expansion Space, and from and after the Expansion Effective Date, the Original Premises and the Expansion Space, collectively, shall be deemed the Premises, as defined in the Lease. The Term of the Lease for the Expansion Space shall commence on the Expansion Effective Date and end on the Extended Termination Date (as hereinafter defined). The Expansion Space is subject to all the terms and conditions of the Lease except as expressly modified herein and except that Tenant shall not be entitled to receive any allowances, abatements or other financial concessions granted with respect to the Original Premises unless such concessions are expressly provided for herein with respect to the Expansion Space.

Expansion. Effective as of the Expansion Effective Date (defined below), the Premises, as defined in the Lease, is increased from 4,661 approximately 92,140 rentable square feet comprised of Rentable Area on Building E, Building F and the 3rd floor(s) Temporary Space in Building A to 8,075 approximately 108,814 rentable square feet of Rentable Area on the 3rd floor by the addition of the Expansion Space, and from and after the Expansion Effective Date, the Original Premises and the Expansion Space, collectively, shall be deemed the “Premises”, as defined in the LeaseLease and as used herein. The Term of the Lease for the Expansion Space shall commence on the Expansion Effective Date and end on the Extended Termination Date (as hereinafter defineddefined in the Lease). The Expansion Space is subject to all the terms and conditions of the Lease except as expressly modified herein and except that Tenant shall not be entitled to receive any allowances, abatements or other financial concessions granted with respect to the Original Premises unless such concessions are expressly provided for herein with respect to the Expansion Space.

Expansion. Effective as of the Expansion Effective Date (defined below), the Premises, as defined in the Lease, is increased from 4,661 7,882 rentable square feet of Rentable Area on the 3rd floor(s) to 8,075 square feet of Rentable Area on the 3rd floor to 11,225 rentable square feet on the 2nd and 3rd floors by the addition of the Expansion Space, and from and after the Expansion Effective Date, the Original Premises and the Expansion Space, collectively, shall be deemed the Premises, as defined in the Lease. The Term of the Lease term for the Expansion Space shall commence on the Expansion Effective Date and end on the Extended Termination Date (as hereinafter defined). The Expansion Space is subject to all the terms and conditions of the Lease except as expressly modified herein and except that Tenant shall not be entitled to receive any allowances, abatements or other financial concessions granted with respect to the Original Premises unless such concessions are expressly provided for herein with respect to the Expansion Space.

Expansion. Effective as of the Expansion Effective Date (defined below), the “Premises”, as defined in the Lease, is increased from 4,661 approximately 30,648 rentable square feet of Rentable Area on the 3rd floor(s) Building to 8,075 approximately 58,190 rentable square feet of Rentable Area on the 3rd floor Building by the addition of the Expansion Space, and from and after the Expansion Effective Date, the Original Premises and the Expansion Space, collectively, shall be deemed the Premises, as defined in the LeaseLease and as used herein. The Term of the Lease for the Expansion Space shall commence on the Expansion Effective Date and end on the Extended Termination Date (as hereinafter defineddefined below). The Expansion Space is subject to all the terms and conditions of the Lease except as expressly modified herein and except that Tenant shall not be entitled to receive any allowances, abatements or other financial concessions granted with respect to the Original Premises unless such concessions are expressly provided for herein with respect to the Expansion Space.

Effective as of the Expansion Effective Date (defined belowas hereinafter defined), the Premises, as defined in the Lease, is increased from 4,661 2,347 rentable square feet of Rentable Area on the 3rd floor(s) 5th floor to 8,075 3,819 rentable square feet of Rentable Area on the 3rd 5th floor by the addition of the Expansion Space, and from and after the Expansion Effective Date, the Original Premises and the Expansion Space, collectively, shall be deemed the Premises, as defined in the Lease. The Lease Term of the Lease for the Expansion Space shall commence on the Expansion Effective Date and end on the Extended Termination Date (as hereinafter defined). The Expansion Space is subject to all the terms and conditions of the Lease except as expressly modified herein and except that Tenant shall not be entitled to receive any allowances, abatements or other financial concessions granted with respect to the Original Premises unless such concessions are expressly provided for herein with respect to the Expansion Space.

Effective as of the Expansion Effective Date (defined below), the Premises, as defined in the Lease, is increased from 4,661 11,256 rentable square feet of Rentable Area on the 3rd floor(s) 16th floor to 8,075 12,640 rentable square feet of Rentable Area on the 3rd 16th floor by the addition of the Expansion Space, and from and after the Expansion Effective Date, the Original Premises and the Expansion Space, collectively, shall be deemed the Premises, as defined in the Lease. The Term of the Lease for the Expansion Space shall commence on the Expansion Effective Date and end on the Extended Termination Expiration Date (as hereinafter defined). The Expansion Space is subject to all the terms and conditions of the Lease except as expressly modified herein and except that Tenant shall not be entitled to receive any allowances, abatements or other financial concessions granted with respect to the Original Premises unless such concessions are expressly provided for herein with respect to the Expansion Space.

Effective as of the Expansion Effective Date (defined below), the Premises, as defined in the Lease, is increased from 4,661 12,215 rentable square feet of Rentable Area on the 3rd floor(s) 41st floor to 8,075 33,842 rentable square feet of Rentable Area on the 3rd floor 41st and 46th floors by the addition of the Expansion Space, and from and after the Expansion Effective Date, the Original Premises and the Expansion Space, collectively, shall be deemed the Premises, as defined in the Lease. The Term of the Lease for the Expansion Space shall commence on the Expansion Effective Date and end on the Extended Termination Date (as hereinafter defined)Date. The Expansion Space is subject to all the terms and conditions of the Lease except as expressly modified herein and except that Tenant shall not be entitled to receive any allowances, abatements or other financial concessions granted with respect to the Original Premises unless such concessions are expressly provided for herein with respect to the Expansion Space.

The Term of the Lease for the Expansion Space shall commence on the Expansion Effective Date and end on the Extended Termination Date (as hereinafter defined). The Expansion Space is subject to all the terms and conditions of the Lease except as expressly modified herein and except that Tenant shall not be entitled to receive any allowances, abatements or other financial concessions granted with respect to the Original Premises unless such concessions are expressly provided for herein with respect to the Expansion Space.

Effective as of the Expansion Effective Date (defined below), the Premises, as defined in the Lease, is increased from 4,661 14,324 rentable square feet of Rentable Area on the 3rd floor(s) 9th floor to 8,075 24,665 rentable square feet of Rentable Area on the 3rd floor 2nd and 9th floors by the addition of the Expansion Space, and from and after the Expansion Effective Date, the Original Premises and the Expansion Space, collectively, shall be deemed the Premises, as defined in the Lease. The Term of the Lease for the Expansion Space shall commence on the Expansion Effective Date and end on the Extended Termination Date (as hereinafter defineddefined below). The Expansion Space is subject to all the terms and conditions of the Lease except as expressly modified herein and except that Tenant shall not be entitled to receive any allowances, abatements or other financial concessions granted with respect to the Original Premises unless such concessions are expressly provided for herein with respect to the Expansion Space.

Expansion. Effective as As of the Expansion Effective Date (defined belowas hereinafter defined), the Premises, as defined in the Lease, is increased from 4,661 3,585 rentable square feet of Rentable Area on the 3rd floor(slevel forty-two (42) to 8,075 5,135 rentable square feet of Rentable Area on the 3rd floor level forty-two (42) by the addition of the Expansion Space, and from and after the Expansion Effective Date, the Original Premises and the Expansion Space, collectively, shall be deemed the Premises, as defined in the Lease. The Lease Term of the Lease for the Expansion Space shall commence on the Expansion Effective Date and end on the Extended Termination Date (as hereinafter defined). The Expansion Space is subject to all the terms and conditions of the Lease except as expressly modified herein and except that Tenant shall not be entitled to receive any allowances, abatements or other financial concessions granted with respect to the Original Premises unless such concessions are expressly provided for herein with respect to the Expansion Space.
