Expanded Housing i. There may be a need to assign you to expanded housing to accommodate the number of requests for residence hall space. You will pay a reduced daily rate during your time in expanded housing and receive a permanent assignment as space becomes available. You must vacate your expanded housing assignment when a permanent space is assigned. UH&D will make your permanent housing assignment that may not include your preferences.

Expanded Housing. If demand for University housing exceeds supply, some confirmed and/or waitlisted applicants may be temporarily assigned to overflow or expanded housing spaces. Some campus rooms, including study lounges, may be used as temporary housing for additional students.

Expanded Housing. The demand for Student Housing often exceeds supply. To provide Student Housing to as many students as possible, some students may be assigned to an expanded housing space (“Expanded Student Housing”). Such an assignment may be temporary or permanent for the duration of the Academic Year, depending on the unique circumstances of each situation. Expanded Student Housing may be, but is not limited to, one of the following: (1) study lounges located within University residence halls that have been furnished as residential rooms, (2) residential spaces on or near the University’s campuses that are held in reserve for emergency use, (3) existing Student Housing where additional furnishing are added to accommodate an additional student, and (4) residential spaces in University-owned apartment buildings near campus. Students assigned to either Expanded Student Housing example (1) or (3) above will be charged for such housing at a rate of 85 percent of the cost of the applicable building’s double room rate. Once a student who is assigned to Expanded Student Housing is assigned to permanent Student Housing, such student will be required to move and will be charged the full, pro-rated amount for such new Student Housing. The University reserves the right to make all decisions relating to Expanded Student Housing.

  • Extended Health Care The Hospital shall contribute on behalf of each eligible employee seventy-five percent (75%) of the billed premium under the Extended Health Care Plan (Liberty Health $15-25 deductible plan including hearing aids with a maximum of $300.00 per person and vision care with a maximum of $150.00 every 24 months per person, or its equivalent) provided the balance of the monthly premium is paid by employees through payroll deduction. Any Hospital currently paying more than 75% of the premium shall continue to do so. The drug formulary shall be as defined by Liberty Health Formulary Three.
