Exit Strategy. 36.1 On termination of the Contract, at any time and for whatever reason, the Authority shall not be liable for additional charge(s) other than those the Contract conditions that apportion liability to the Authority in respect of the winding up of the Contract, for the handover by the Contractor, to any successor Contractor or the Authority, of all the data relevant to the performance of this work by that successor Contractor.
