Common use of Exit Planning Clause in Contracts

Exit Planning. 4.1 The Operator shall in conjunction with the Authority maintain, and as necessary update, the Exit Plan throughout the period of this Agreement so that it can be implemented immediately, if required. From time-to-time either the Authority or the Operator can instigate a review of the Exit Plan. Any revision following such review shall be implemented via the Change Control Procedure.
