Existing Site Conditions. Information respecting the site of the work given in drawings or specifications has been obtained by County's representatives and is believed to be reasonably correct, but the County does not warrant either the completeness or accuracy of such information, and it is the responsibility of the Contractor to verify all such information.

Existing Site Conditions. Notwithstanding any provision of this Contract to the contrary, Design-Builder is not assuming or otherwise agreeing to be responsible for any obligation or liability that is attributable to or caused by any subsurface soil condition that exists as of the date of this Contract and is not discovered by examination by Design-Builder during the Design Phase. Owner shall be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from any such undiscovered condition.

Information regarding the work site represented in the Plans and Special Provisions prepared by the D-BE is believed to be correct, and unless expressly stated in the Contract Documents, Owner does not warrant either the completeness or accuracy of such information. D-BE shall be responsible for having taken steps reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature and location of the work and the general and local conditions that can affect the work or the cost thereof. Any failure by D-BE to do so will not relieve D-BE from responsibility for successfully performing the work without additional expense to Owner.
Existing Site Conditions. 2.1 See Attachment A. A photo showing the completed installation of the pumps within the wet well and a sketch showing location of the pump base elbow are included for reference.
Existing Site Conditions. Gensler will review record documentation provided by Client of the existing site conditions, including: topographical surveys, geotechnical reports, etc. Gensler will visit the Project site to verify reasonably observable conditions, including: site access, views, etc. Town acknowledges that demolition can reveal pre‐existing, hidden conditions, which may require Additional Services and/or modifications to the Project Budget and/or Schedule.
Existing Site Conditions. The Contractor shall be satisfied with the work and soil and site conditions before submitting a bid. Any special handling, back pulling, restoration and all other special conditions shall be included in the Contractor’s bid. The Contractor shall provide the labor, supervision, materials, tools, machinery, services, incidental materials, supplies, insurance, bonds, and licenses necessary to install the cabling system as described herein. All work shall be performed as described herein and in strict accordance with all applicable Federal, State, County, and City Regulations.

Bidders will visit, inspect and be familiar with existing site conditions, and compare all such conditions with the Drawings and Specifications to satisfy themselves as to the accuracy thereof. The submittal of a bid will be considered an acknowledgment by the bidder of familiarity with conditions under which the Work is to be performed.
Existing Site Conditions. HFH has given XXXX access to the existing improvements and conditions on the Project site and has given XXXX the opportunity to visually investigate the existing conditions. XXXX will perform a thorough visual, non-destructive, and concise review of the site to become familiar with the existing conditions of the facility building systems and components. XXXX shall perform the review prior to submitting any Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal. XXXX’x submission of a Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal shall be a representation that it has completed a review of existing site conditions and considered them in establishing the Guaranteed Maximum Price. XXXX shall not be entitled to a claim for an adjustment in time or price under the General Conditions for conditions that it discovered or ought to have reasonably discovered using best practices during its visual and non-destructive review, but any costs incurred shall be a legitimate use of XXXX’x Contingency.
