Existing Relationships. Except as otherwise required by this Agreement, Seller shall use its best efforts to preserve the CATV Systems as a going concern and to preserve existing relationships with suppliers, customers, governmental entities and others having business dealings with Seller, all in accordance with Seller's ordinary course of business consistent with past practices.

Prior to the Closing, Seller shall not introduce any new method of management, operation or accounting with respect to the Assets and shall use all reasonable efforts to preserve its relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, contractors, operators, non-operators, royalty owners, and others having business dealings with it in connection with the Assets.

Existing Relationships. Nothing in this Agreement will supersede or alter any obligation or duty existing as of the Effective Date between Telocity and any Affiliate of GE, including the National Broadcasting Company, Inc. and NBC Internet Inc.
