Existing Premises. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in the Lease as hereby amended, Tenant shall continue to be obligated to pay Tenant’s Share of the Direct Expenses in connection with the Existing Premises in accordance with the terms of the Lease prior to and during the Expansion Term.
