Common use of Existing Liens Clause in Contracts

Existing Liens. As of the Second Amendment and Restatement Date, the Borrower and the Subsidiary Guarantors will have no Liens existing on any Collateral then owned by them other than (i) Liens evidenced by this Agreement, (ii) Permitted Liens, including the Liens set forth on Schedule 7.02 hereto and (iii) Liens in respect of Indebtedness outstanding under the Term Loan Facility.
