Existing Employees. Existing employees who are covered by the coverage clause of this Agreement may become union members at any time. Employees shall, from the date of becoming union members, be bound by all the benefits and obligations relating to employees under this Agreement.
Existing Employees. The employer will encourage employees who have not joined the College Pension Plan to do so. However, employees on payroll as of the date of ratification who have not joined the College Pension Plan shall retain the right not to do so.
Existing Employees. 3.4.1 In clause 3.4, "existing employee" means a person who has been employed by an employer in a calling, or classification, relevant to the apprenticeship or Traineeship for at least 3 months immediately prior to becoming an apprentice or Trainee with that employer.
Existing Employees. Existing employees who are covered by the Coverage Clause of this Agreement may become Union members at any time. Employees shall, from the date of advising the employer that they are an APEX member, be bound by all benefits and obligations relating to employees under this agreement subject to meeting the requirements of the Employment Relations Xxx 0000 regarding when a collective agreement will apply to an employee who was/is a member of another union. The terms of this collective agreement in its entirety, cannot be passed on to any existing employee who is not an APEX member.
Existing Employees. Employees will have the choice to nominate that the Employer contributions and their own contributions are made to the Employee's preferred superannuation fund (as defined above).
Existing Employees. Where an Employee was employed prior to the commencement of this Agreement, the Employer will continue to make superannuation contributions to the Employee’s current superannuation fund. An Employee may elect to have the Employee’s contributions made to the Employee’s preferred superannuation fund.
Existing Employees. Subject to the Act and s56, 57 & 58 of the Act existing employees who are covered by the application Clause of this Agreement (Clause 1.4) may become union members at any time. Employees shall, from the date of becoming a union member, be bound by all benefits and obligations relating to employees under this Agreement.
Existing Employees. The Employer will establish a quarterly education program for existing Employees.
Existing Employees. If more than one existing Employee is qualified for the position, then the Employee with the greatest seniority will be offered the assignment.
Existing Employees. Those employees currently employed on individual agreements (but not those employees employed on the same terms as the expired collective agreement) who become eligible to be covered by this collective agreement (subject to joining the union), may exercise this option provided they relinquish their individual terms and conditions of employment, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
