Common use of Existing Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Existing Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received satisfactory evidence that amounts owing by the Borrower under the Existing Credit Agreement shall have been paid in full.

Existing Credit Agreement. The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence reasonably satisfactory evidence to it that amounts owing by the Borrower all accrued but unpaid interest and fees payable under the Existing Credit Agreement shall have been been, or concurrently with the effectiveness hereof will be, paid in full.

The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence satisfactory evidence to the Administrative Agent that all amounts owing by the Borrower outstanding under the Existing Credit Agreement shall be simultaneously paid in full (or converted and continued hereunder) on the Amendment and Restatement Effective Date and arrangements reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent shall have been paid made for the assignment of the Liens and security interests granted in fullconnection therewith.

The Administrative Agent shall have received evidence reasonably satisfactory evidence to it that all loans and other amounts owing by to the Borrower Existing Lenders under the Existing Credit Agreement shall (other than contingent indemnification obligations with respect to which no claim has been made) have been (or substantially simultaneously shall be) paid in full.
