Common use of Existing Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Existing Credit Agreement. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of evidence that all amounts outstanding under the Existing Credit Agreement have been paid in full and the commitments thereunder terminated or that such payments will be made and commitments terminated simultaneously with the execution and delivery of the Credit Documents.

Existing Credit Agreement. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of evidence that all amounts outstanding obligations under the Existing Credit Agreement have been paid in full and the all commitments thereunder terminated or that such payments will be made and commitments terminated simultaneously with the execution and delivery of the Credit Documentsterminated.

Existing Credit Agreement. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of evidence that the Existing Credit Agreement has been or concurrently with the Closing Date is being terminated, all amounts outstanding owing thereunder have been paid in full and all Liens securing obligations under the Existing Credit Agreement have been paid in full and the commitments thereunder terminated or that such payments will be made and commitments terminated simultaneously concurrently with the execution and delivery of the Credit DocumentsClosing Date are being released.

Existing Credit Agreement. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of evidence that all amounts outstanding under the Existing Credit Agreement has been, or substantially simultaneously with the closing of this Agreement will be, terminated, and any and all obligations with respect thereto have been paid in full and the commitments thereunder terminated or that such payments will be made and commitments terminated simultaneously with the execution and delivery of the Credit Documentsfull.

Existing Credit Agreement. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of evidence satisfactory to it that all amounts outstanding of the Indebtedness of the Credit Parties under the Existing Credit Agreement have has been paid in full and the commitments thereunder terminated (or that such payments will be made and commitments terminated simultaneously paid in full with the execution and delivery proceeds of the Credit Documentsinitial Loans made herein), all documents executed or delivered in connection therewith have been terminated and all Liens granted in connection therewith have been released or are agreed to be released upon such repayment in full.
