Common use of Existing Contracts Clause in Contracts

Existing Contracts. 3.1. The parties agree that an Agency currently acquiring Service from the Contractor under a separate written contract may continue to do so until that contract expires or until such time as the Agency and the Contractor mutually agree to terminate that separate written contract and have such Service provided pursuant to this Areawide Contract by executing an appropriate Authorization or Authorizations.
