Common use of Existing Agreements Clause in Contracts

The Agreement is separate from any obligations, rights, or requirements contained in any existing master services agreement, professional services agreement, consulting services agreement, outsourcing agreement, or related agreements (“Existing Agreements”) between the Parties.
