Existence and Rights. Borrower shall do or cause to be done all things necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect its respective existence, rights, privileges, qualifications, permits, licenses, franchises, and other rights material to its business, except where the failure to do so would not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
