Common use of Exhibits Included Clause in Contracts

Exhibits Included. The following Exhibits are attached hereto and incorporated into this Agreement: Exhibit A: Scope of Work, Compensation Exhibit B: Special Conditions Exhibit C: Special Insurance Conditions With the exception of Exhibit C, in the event of conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and those within any Exhibit hereto, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall prevail over any Exhibit hereto. In the event of conflict between the provisions contained in Section 6 of this Agreement and those in Exhibit C, if any, the Exhibit C Special Insurance Conditions shall control.
