EXHIBITS AND PUBLIC POLICYE xhibitor is charged with knowledge of all Federal, State and local laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention and public safety, while participating in this Show. Compliance with such laws is mandatory for Exhibitor, and the sole responsibility is that of Exhibitor. Show Management and service contractors have no responsibility pertaining to the compliance with laws as to public operation is concerned. Exhibitors with questions regarding such laws, ordinances, and regulations should contact Show Management. All booth decorations including carpet must be flame-proofed, and all hangings must clear the floor. Electrical wiring must conform with National Electric Code Safety Rules and the electrical code in host city and state. If inspection indicates that Exhibitor has neglected to comply with these regulations, or otherwise incurs fire hazard, the right is reserved to remove all or expense. If unusual equipment or machinery is to be installed, or if appliances that might come under fire code are to be used, Exhibitor should contact the Show Management for information concerning facilities or regulations. City and state fire regulations must be complied with. Use of hazardous materials, such as open flame or liquid propane gas, must be approved by the local Fire Department.

EXHIBITS AND PUBLIC POLICYE xhibitor is charged with knowledge of all Federal, State and local laws, ordinances and regulations pertaining to health, fire prevention and public safety, while participating in this Show. Show Management and service contractors have no certificates of insurance to Show Management if requested evidencing the following coverages: (1) Commercial general liability insurance coverage, including protective and contractual liability coverage for bodily injury and property damage, (2) compensation/occupational disease coveragein full compliance with federal and state laws, (4) comprehensive general liability automobile insurance covering owned, non-owned, and hired vehicles, including loading and unloading hazards. (c) Show Management and Exhibitor agree to waive the right of subrogation by their insurance carriers to recover loss sustained under the respective insurance contracts for real and personal property.

  • Incorporation of Schedules and Exhibits The schedules, attachments and exhibits referenced in and attached to this Agreement shall be deemed an integral part hereof to the same extent as if written in whole herein. In the event that any inconsistency or conflict exists between the provisions of this Agreement and any schedules, attachments or exhibits attached hereto, the provisions of this Agreement shall supersede the provisions of any such schedules, attachments or exhibits.

Furthermore, if any provision of this Agreement is capable of two constructions, one of which would render the provision void and the other of which would render the provision valid, then the provision shall have the meaning which rends it valid.

  • Attachments, inconsistencies and severability This Consortium Agreement consists of this core text and Attachment 1 (Background included) Attachment 2 (Accession document) Attachment 3 (List of Third Parties for simplified transfer according to Section 8.2.2) Attachment 4 (Identified Affiliated Entities) In case the terms of this Consortium Agreement are in conflict with the terms of the Grant Agreement, the terms of the latter shall prevail. In case of conflicts between the attachments and the core text of this Consortium Agreement, the latter shall prevail. Should any provision of this Consortium Agreement become invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Consortium Agreement. In such a case, the Parties concerned shall be entitled to request that a valid and practicable provision be negotiated which fulfils the purpose of the original provision.

  • Schedules and Exhibits All of the schedules and exhibits attached to this Agreement shall be deemed incorporated herein by reference.

  • Interpretation and Governing Law This Agreement and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California. This Agreement shall be construed as a whole according to its fair language and common meaning to achieve the objectives and purposes of the parties hereto, and the rule of construction to the effect that ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party shall not be employed in interpreting this Agreement, all parties having been represented by counsel in the negotiation and preparation hereof.

  • Venue and Governing Law The laws of the State of California shall govern the terms and conditions of this contract with venue in the County where the LEA is located.
