EXHIBITION SPACE Clause Examples
EXHIBITION SPACE. Exhibitor agrees to conduct all activities within the confines of the assigned booth space and/or individual tent. No solicitation activities are permitted outside of vendor booth and/or individual tent. An exhibit space of ten (10) feet in frontage and ten (10) feet in depth, (10’x10’), will be supplied. A 10’x10’ pop up tent is strongly encouraged.
EXHIBITION SPACE. 3.1. The Organizer will provide Exhibition space, furnishings, and Event access passes as detailed in the Invoice. Wi-Fi services are not included.
3.2. All additional equipment and furnishings are the responsibility of the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor may provide their own furnishings. Furnishings must fit within the Exhibitor's space at all times.
3.3. Exhibitor will keep areas clean and are responsible for any damage to venue. Exhibitor agrees to leave the area “broom clean” at the close of the Event.
3.4. The Organizer reserves the right to change Exhibition space locations at the Organizer’s discretion.
3.5. Smoking is always prohibited within the Event venue, including e-cigs & vapes.
EXHIBITION SPACE. SAGE will provide Exhibitor with booth space for the SAGE Show after Exhibitor has paid in full for such space pursuant to Section 3 below. Exhibitor’s booth space will be assigned by SAGE in its sole discretion, and is subject to change at any time. Exhibitor may use its booth space for the sole purpose of marketing and promoting its own products and services, or, in the case of multi-line reps only, for the sole purpose of marketing and promoting the prod- ucts of suppliers whom the multi-line rep represents. Exhibitors may not hand out materials or products on behalf of third parties. Booths may not be re-sold, transferred, leased, subleased, or otherwise provided to any third party. Exhibitor shall not solicit, conduct business or distribute any promotional or marketing materials outside of Exhibitor’s booth space (including in other exhibits, other areas of the exhibit hall or in nearby hotels, parking lots, etc.). SAGE reserves the right to prohibit Exhibitor from exhibiting, in whole or in part, for any reason. In such an event, SAGE shall reimburse Exhibitor for the unused Fees associated with such show on a pro-rated basis; provided that Exhibitor has not breached or threatened to breach this Agreement. SAGE may decide in its sole discretion which exhibitors and attendees may enter the show facility. Only personnel with official show badges may enter the show floor. Exhibitor shall only register to obtain badges for personnel who are either (a) its own employees or (b) bona fide independent contractors who are legitimately working for Exhibitor in connection with the show. Badges are non-transferrable and are subject to revocation by SAGE in its discretion at any time. Exhibitor shall be solely responsible for any licenses, approvals, or permits that it requires in order to exhibit at the show, as well as any taxes, levies, charges, penalties, or other charges relatedn to its exhibition at the show.
EXHIBITION SPACE. All tables are 30” x 8’. THE VENDOR IS TO PROVIDE TABLE COVERINGS, ALL TABLES IN THE BOOTH MUST BE COVERED.
EXHIBITION SPACE. Elmia is entitled to allocate stand space. This right shall also be passed on to parties to whom Elmia has transferred the right to allocate stand space. Any objections to the alloca- ▇▇▇ stand space shall be filed within seven (7) days of the Exhibitor receiving a communica- tion about the allocated stand space. In cases where an objection is not filed within this grace period, the exhibitor shall be committed to the allocated stand space. Elmia is entitled to allocate another stand space, to adjust the size of the stand space, and to close entran- ces to and exits from the stand space and to take other measures if deemed necessary.
EXHIBITION SPACE. The Organiser shall provide the Sponsor with:
(a) A 6m2 exhibition space at the Event;
(b) 5 Event registrations; and
(c) 5 exhibitor badges.
EXHIBITION SPACE. Located in dedicated exhibitor area that is open to conference attendees. Exhibitors will have a pre- constructed structure that is standard for all and includes a unique graphics panel, art work provided by exhibiting company. Stand dimensions: 54” W x 19.2” D x 96” H Graphic panel: 42.5” W x 53.5” H No additional table or floor space will be granted under any circumstances. A display is considered to be any material both touching and placed on, or in such a way as to be adjacent to an exhibiting table.

EXHIBITION SPACE. The organizer shall carry out the division of the exhibition space, and if the Fair space requires so, the Organizer has the right to allocate up to 10% smaller or larger space than the space which was requested in the Application form. If any unforeseen circumstances occur, the Organizer has the right to revoke the confirmed space and assign a replacement exhibition space, and in that case the Exhibitor has no right to cancel their participation or to demand any changes to be made and they have no right to claim damages. The Organizer will hand over the stand and the equipment which was ordered to the Exhibitor at least 24 hours before the opening of the Fair, and any possible claims will be received only in writing and no later than 20 hours before the start of the Fair. The Exhibitor is obliged to ensure the position of the installations over their exhibition space, which are necessary for the technical or other arrangement of the Fair space, i.e. the exhibition space of another Exhibitor. If an Exhibitor is joined by a co-exhibitor at their exhibition space, they are obliged to notify the Organizer on that matter no later than 60 days before the start of the Fair. The Exhibitor is obliged to complete all of the works related to setting up their stand no later than 12 hours before the start of the Fair. The Exhibitor is obliged to dispose of the garbage accumulated in the process of setting up their stand at the area intended for its disposal and leave the corridors in a clean condition. The Fair Catalogue The Organizer is responsible for the creation and distribution of the Catalogue of the exhibitors whose applications shall be submitted in a scheduled deadline (until 1 September 2019). Each Exhibitor shall submit one or two photographs of their products via email to the Organizer's invitation. If the Exhibitor does not submit the photographs, the Organizer shall only enter the information from the Application form into the Catalogue and they will not be responsible for any incidental damages caused by inappropriate content. General and final provisions The Exhibitor shall not carry out the exhibits from the Fair grounds and they shall not put away the exhibits before the official closing of the Fair, on Sunday, 20 October 2019 at 7:00 p.m. or before that time if the Organizer decides so and notifies the Exhibitor about that situation. EXHIBITION SPACE a. EVENT rents to VENDOR an 8’x5’ foot space at the EVENT during the date of April 6, 2024 inclusive, for the purpose of exhibiting products and/or services as described herein. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to pay EVENT the “Vendor Booth Fee” as listed at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/vgc/vendors for the exhibition space, payable at the execution of the agreement.
b. If the balance is not paid in full by that date the space will be made available for additional vendors.
EXHIBITION SPACE a. Exhibition space will be confirmed in writing after the receipt of payment.
b. Exhibition space will be assigned by the Organisers on a ‘first come, first-served’ basis within the respective sponsorship levels, according to the date of the exhibition space booking and the date of the receipt of the payment. Special wishes regarding placement of the exhibition space will be given all possible consideration but placement demands as a condition of participation on the part of the exhibitor cannot be recognized.
c. Any changes in the duration and/or location of the exhibition do not entitle the exhibitor to cancel the agreement or request a refund of rates or to put forward a claim to damages incurred thereby.
d. Exhibitors desiring to share their contracted exhibition space with another company will face a surcharge and such an agreement is subject to approval by the organiser.
e. The exhibitors will be informed of the location of their exhibition space when the exhibition floor plan is sent out as noted in the sponsorship manual. The exhibition floor plan includes the most detailed information in regards to the exhibitor’s exhibition floor space. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to verify such information before set-up.
f. While every effort is made to preserve the published floor plan of the exhibition, the Organisers shall be entitled to vary the general layout at any time to ensure a harmonious construction of the exhibition. The Organisers are obliged to consult the exhibitor prior to implementing a change and make every effort to reach a satisfactory solution for both parties, whereby the exhibitor is not entitled to any refunds or claims against the Organisers regarding any changes in the general layout. The Organisers determine the external design of the exhibition as well as of the exhibition space.
a. There are three different types of booth possibilities: in-line, peninsula and island. More information is made available about the specific types and applicable conditions for your type of booth in the sponsorship manual.
b. Regulations for the set-up of booths, meeting rooms, hospitality suites and sponsored symposia will be communicated in the exhibition manual and are binding. It is the contractor’s responsibility to be familiar with all regulations in regards to their booth location.
