Common use of Exhibition of Demised Premises Clause in Contracts

Exhibition of Demised Premises. Landlord is hereby given the right during usual business hours at any reasonable time during the Term to enter upon the Demised Premises and to exhibit the same for the purpose of mortgaging or selling the same. During the final 270 days of the term, Landlord shall be entitled to display on the Demised Premises, in such manner as to not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s business, signs indicating that the Demised Premises are for rent or sale and suitably identifying Landlord or its agent. Tenant agrees that such signs may remain unmolested upon the Demised Premises and that Landlord may exhibit said premises to prospective tenants during said period.

Exhibition of Demised Premises. Landlord is hereby given the right during usual business hours at any reasonable time during the Term term of this Lease after giving Tenant reasonable prior notice to enter upon the Demised Premises and to exhibit the same for the purpose of mortgaging or selling the same. During the final 270 days last six months of the termterm unless Tenant exercises an option to extend described in Section 21.1, Landlord shall be entitled to display on the Demised Premises, in such manner as to not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s 's business, signs indicating that the Demised Premises are for rent or sale and suitably identifying Landlord or its agent. Tenant agrees that such signs may remain unmolested upon the Demised Premises and that Landlord may exhibit said premises to prospective tenants during said period.

Landlord is hereby given the right during usual business hours at any reasonable time during the final eighteen (18) months of the Term of this Lease (as it may have been extended) to enter upon the Demised Premises and to exhibit the same for the purpose of mortgaging mortgaging, leasing or selling the same. During the final 270 days year of the termTerm, Landlord shall be entitled to display on the Demised Premises, in such manner as to not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s business, signs indicating that the Demised Premises are for rent or sale and suitably identifying Landlord or its agent. Tenant agrees that such signs may remain unmolested upon the Demised Premises and that Landlord may exhibit said premises to prospective tenants during said periodPremises.

During the final 270 days year of the term, Landlord shall be entitled to display on the Demised Premises, in such manner as to not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s 's business, signs indicating that the Demised Premises are for rent or sale and suitably identifying Landlord or its agent.
