EXHIBIT SPACE RENTAL FEE. The rental fee is per 10’ x 10’ Booth, which includes one 8’ table and two chairs. Fee payment schedule per Booth is listed as follows: $950.00 – From April 21st, 2019 to July 31st, 2019 $1075.00 – From August 1st, 2019 to December 31st, 2019 $1150.00 – From January 1st, 2020 to April 10th, 2020 (if available) $50 premium per corner. Determination of Booth location is on a first come, first serve basis. All locations are subject to change as required by Washington State, Seattle & WSCTC fire and building codes. The Organizer reserves the right to change Exhibitor placement in the Exhibition Hall as required per all fire and building codes.

EXHIBIT SPACE RENTAL FEE. The rental fee for exhibit space will be Five-Hundred Twenty- Five Dollars ($525). These prices are per booth, and include two complimentary dealer passes to Anime Boston 2010. Vendors may rent up to eight booths and receive up to sixteen complimentary dealer passes. Booths include an 8 foot long draped table, a waste basket, two chairs, and a sign. Please note that the prices do not include telephone jacks or electrical outlets, which may be purchased directly through the appropriate vendors.   • Rental Fee Is for one day only from 8:00 am to 12:00 midnight. Groups or Individuals requiring more than one day for their event will be charged a rental fee for each day required – no exceptions.

  • Rental Fees The Employer agrees to enter into a tool rental agreement with mechanics wherein the Employer shall pay a fee for the employee’s use of such tools in the service of the Employer. The agreement shall be of legal form and shall contain as minimum provisions the following:

  • Base Rent Lessee shall pay Base Rent and other rent or charges, as the same may be adjusted from time to time, to Lessor in lawful money of the United States, without offset or deduction, on or before the day on which it is due under the terms of this Lease. Base Rent and all other rent and charges for any period during the term hereof which is for less than one full month shall be prorated based upon the actual number of days of the month involved. Payment of Base Rent and other charges shall be made to Lessor at its address stated herein or to such other persons or at such other addresses as Lessor may from time to time designate in writing to Lessee.

  • Additional Rent In addition to Base Rent, Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord as additional rent (“Additional Rent”): (i) Tenant’s Share of “Operating Expenses” (as defined in Section 5), and (ii) any and all other amounts Tenant assumes or agrees to pay under the provisions of this Lease, including, without limitation, any and all other sums that may become due by reason of any default of Tenant or failure to comply with the agreements, terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease to be performed by Tenant, after any applicable notice and cure period.

  • Minimum Rent The defined term “Minimum Rent” set forth in Section 1.66 of the Lease is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

  • Equipment Rental Charges i. The Judicial Council may use either the Contractor’s audio-visual provider or provide for its own audio-visual source to service the Program. Should the Judicial Council use the Contractor’s audio-visual provider, the charges for services and/or equipment provided under this exhibit shall not exceed the amounts set forth in the Contractor’s Audio- Visual and Other Equipment Price List, as attached to this Agreement in Exhibit H. The Contractor shall not charge nor will the Judicial Council pay for audio-visual services and/or equipment that are provided by the Judicial Council.
